Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the crystals arrive damaged or defective. We strive to provide very high quality, ethically sourced crystals which all go through extensive checks before being sent out to our customers.

If your order has arrived damaged, please send photographic evidence to our contact email - hellomooncrystal@outlook.com. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the parcel so we can efficiently assess the situation. Once assessed, we will then propose how is best to go forward, that being either a refund or a gift voucher for the Hello Moon online shop. 

 

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations. However, please do contact us if you have any queries about your order. We will do our very best to accommodate you.
